The barrel is hardened to 40-42 HRC, rifled to shoot jacketed or lead bullets and guaranteed to function with new manufacture ammunition. Providing caliber flexibility this StormLake barrel facilitates training by allowing lower cost and lower recoil 9mm Luger ammunition to be used. All StormLake barrels are proudly made in the USA and designed for easy, drop in installation. However, occasional minor fitting may be required.
