Hickok45 Pistol Rug Case
Hi Richard and welcome. This is 11 in x 7 in and the 4.25" Colt Python with stock grips will fit no issue. Lining is polyester. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Funny you should ask, I'm watching Hickok 45's Sunday video on my phone as I type, lol. This will fit your Colt Python no problem. The lining is polyester.
