I purchased my gun on Bud's website on Fri  5/10/24, it's arriving at the FFL in Florida on Mon 5/13/24. Does my 3 day waiting period start on the Friday when the transaction occurred or on the Monday when the 4473 was approved?

Monday, after you complete & and get your 4473 approved.

Hi Lisa and welcome. This will be on the Monday once your ATF Form 4473 is submitted. Firearm ownership does not happen until Form 4473 approval. Cheers, stay safe and after 3 days, enjoy!
