You are reserving an item for when they get it in stock.

What the add to wishlist/reserve item means is that by clicking that your adding that gun you your list, and reserving one for once they get them back in stock. If you click that you will also be emailed and notified when they receive them back in stock that way you can place your order. Hope this helps.

The great thing is that you can lock in on the current price. So if you know you want it and like the price, reserve it!
