Just add it to your cart, once you proceed you'll see the optional shipping cost (insured vs. Uninsured). If you're good with it proceed, if not, simply remove it from cart, no obligation to buy.

This item doesn't currently show as having the free shipping option. But not to worry, you don't put in any payment info until the last page of checkout. So you can add however many boxes of this item to your cart, then start checkout and it will show the cost of shipping to you with and without shipping insurance, you can choose to include if you want that or not. If you feel the shipping cost is too much, just back out to the cart again and remove the items.
