Yes it is included. Savage rebate states both the Savage 10/110 BA Stealth or 10 Savage Ashbury Precision Rifle "Series" of rifles, which includes the entire model line qualifies for the rebate. No - I called savage and they said the Evolution was not included and that they even had a note specific to this inquiry because so many people had called in asking the same question.
