I would surmise many multiple uses given the makers claim of "Tough and Reusable - Clean and Reuse". looking at them and the price I think once or twice and pitch them they are a oversized q-tip I have not been able to find any user reviews at any of the sites selling them
They use "Lint free Bore-tips with a tough plastic foam over a plastic core not cotton". They are washable and reusable. Stands up to most commercially available solvents. They should be good for at least 5 and most likely more than 5 cleanings each.
well at $5 for 6 of them its a small gamble
