Does the 300 Blackout come complete with a BCG?

No, just the complete upper. A duplicate BCG and charging handle aren't included as they interchange with the 5.56.

Hi Steve and welcome. No Sir, a single BCG is used for both 5.56/.223 and 300BLK since the 300BLK case is derived from the 5.56 case. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy! 300BLK is just a 5.56 case necked up to 30 Cal as shown here : https://www.fieldandstream.com/guns/300-blackout-vs-556/

Hi Steve, no extra BCG is included, or needed. The same BCG for the 5.56 is interchangeable with the 300 Blackout upper.
