Depending on what you want to use it for I'd say go full size walther pdp or some say glock have a larger grip I have large hands as well and can comfortably grip both

Hi John and welcome. Mostly any full-sized handgun will work no issue. Even mid-sized and compact models have extended magazines available with extensions to give a full-sized grip in a more concealable package. Just pick the manufacturer model, caliber you want and then get the right magazine option if compact or just get a full-sized handgun off the rip. Options are virtually limitless.
