Could I do direct mount Holosun 507K on this?  if not does it come with adapter plate for it?

It does not directly fit but the necessary adapter plate is included.

Hi Richard, James is correct, the 507C would be a fit, but you need a RMS/RMSc Optics Plate for the 507K. The FNX-45 Tactical comes with an optics ready slide and ships with two plates. One plate is a Doctor Cut which would fit a Burris FastFire 3 and the other plate is an RMR plate which would fit Trijicon RMR and some, not all, Holosun sights.
