Hi Taharka, this includes Revesible IWB/OWB Holster just like the other Caniks. Also comes in a hard case with  2 Magazines, (1)-18 Round and (1)-20 Round,  E-Z Magazine Loader, Interchangable Backstraps, Canik Punch and Tool Kit,  & Cleaning Kit.
