Hi Ben, if you are a KY resident, you can purchase on line and pick up at the Lexington store with no transfer fee. 
During checkout, on the page where you choose your FFL, click the red "Bud's Lexington Pickup" box, which is right under the list of FFL's. 
If you intend to pick up an order from our retail store, please allow 4 business days before attempting pickup. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email informing you that your order has arrived and is available, typically in 4-7 business days.

Hi Ben and welcome. Yes, you can pick up any firearm including Handguns at the KY Store if you are a KY resident. Just select the Buds KY store as the FFL during checkout. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
