Hi Jacob, no sir, this is .410 only. The standard bore diameter of a .410 is as expected 0.410 inches in diameter with constriction down to ~0.375 inches if your gun is choked about full choke. The 45 Colt is 0.451-.454 inches in diameter. That is significantly larger than the bore of a 410 shotgun it would be unsafe. There are a few guns that are made to chamber both cartridges but if you were to measure the bore it would be a bore for the 45 Colt, not the smaller .410 bore. Stay safe & have a great day!
