With their "a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon;" restriction, I would check with the FFL you are going to have it shipped to before I ordered.

Oh it's NY legal, it's been extremely neutered with no features and the Goofy awkward grip fin, fixed stock & non threaded barrel.
