It's got a fixed stock and it's Featureless so you're good to go in CA.

Hi Reese, yes sir, this is CA compliant. Permitted: ✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.) are permitted.
