I have talked to my firearms dealer several time in the past few days and they say they have sent the proper documents and today they even called to make sure they were on the list of approved FFL dealers so I can have my purchase sent to them. You can always add them as your ffl dealer before item ships. Im sure they'll be on the list after the new year. If not give Buds a Call

Barbara Contact customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button they can check and make sure the paperwork was received and the add it to your order It sometimes takes a while for a FFL holder to show up on buds pull down menu I have had to do this several times with new FFL (to Buds)  holders

Barbara, as long as Buds acknowledged that they received this info from your FFL, just select to enter your FFL later to lock in your price and it should be added very soon. You can also call Buds to place the order and verify they have this info simultaneously.
