Is the Winchester SXP Extreme Defender, which is pump action, legal in NJ despite having a pistol grip and adjustable stock? I know it's no if it was a semi-auto, but unsure with a pump-action.

Hi Carmine, yes sir, much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy, this is perfectly legal in The People's Republik of NJ. You can have all the 'evil' features you want on a pump action shotgun.
