It will be delivered to the FFL dealer you choose. Then you do the paperwork and take it home.
Hi Weldon, you do not need a ccw permit, but depending on your state of residence, you may need a pistol permit. (Probably not, unless you are in a strict gun control state) You make the online purchase just like any other purchase, except you will choose a local FFL to have the gun shipped to. You cannot have it shipped to your house. Your FFL will complete the paperwork and run the background check (there is a fee for this, set by the FFL, usually $25-75). Once that is all complete he will transfer ownership to yourself. You can find a local FFL by typing your zip code in here https://www.budsgunshop.com/ffl.php , Also see "How To Buy A Gun Online" https://www.budsgunshop.com/howtobuy.php , Stay safe & have a great day!
Hi Weldon and welcome. No, during checkout you will need to select a local FFD Dealer for the firearm to be shipped to and they will contact you to come in and complete paperwork. Only Black Powder and muzzleloading firearms can ship directly to your home. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy. Welcome aboard Buds forum!
