I assume you are referring to the Beretta A400 line of shotguns If so I do not think they have a 20 ga left handed model but I was able to find left hand 12 ga a400 I would call Beretta and check if they make a lefty 20ga and see if the can help you find one 1-800-BERETTA.

The AS 400 is not available in LH 20 Ga. The new A400 Xplor Action is now available in left-handed configuration. It is available in 12, 20 and 28 gauge. Info here : http://www.beretta.com/en-us/a400-xplor-action/

I am not sure that the A 400 Xplor action is made in a left handed 20 and 28 ga just in the 12 ga left handed and a right handed 20 and 28
