In the description it says it comes with a 10+1, but i have a black one that came with all the accesories and 2 magazines the 12+1 and the 15+1 mag, does this one come like this?

Hi Jeffrey and welcome. This is the (2) 10rd magazine model that is sold with 10rd magazines for sale in capacity restricted states. Same accessories just (2) 10rd mags instead of the 12+1 and the 15+1 mag. Cheers and stay safe!
