This model has: Co-Witness Sights Front Tritium Night Sight Rear Serrated Combat Sight Whereas the 91536 has regular height sights. Personally, I would go with this model if I intend to run an optic and/or use a suppressor. Best of luck!

Hi Joaquina and welcome. Suppressor/Optics Height Sights on this model and Standard height Sights are the only Difference. Many are moving to Red / Green Dot Optics so get this model is you think you will in the future also. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
