Hi Gary, no sir, Dictator Murphy says you can't have a threaded barrel and an adjustable stock along with a pistol grip. Unfortunately, Ruger does not make a NJ compliant SFAR. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf , You could buy this at a local NJ gun shop and have the muzzle brake pinned/welded and have the stock pinned, then it would be NJ legal.
