No both the rear and front sights are "high" (level just like lower sights) and set up to work together for accuracy

It will shoot a negligible distance low due to the raised sights required to clear if a suppressor or muzzle device is attached. It won't be as dramatic as one would think Ted.

think about it this way a bullet does not fire straight and flat it has a curve it starts below the sighting plane then rises above the sighting plane reaches its peek height and the starts to fall. sights are regulated to be on at a certain distance with a specific type ammo but that is close enough for pistol use with other ammo

The Glocks are regulated to shoot slightly high with the factory sights. All I've shot ( working at a range I get to shoot lots of them), even the ones with high sights like this one, have hit a little high which is a preferred sight picture.
