Bryan - you asked the same question three times - no matter how many times you ask ... if you live in the States passing 'controls' limiting the firearm to ten rounds that is it. Should you purchase an piece with an greater round amount - you will be illegal in the States listed. It is not worth the trouble. Or you can 'move' out of State.
