Hi Joseph, yes sir, the handguard is MLOK compatible, so any attachments for MOLK will work. You can also add sections of picatinny rail for more versatility (First 5 here) budsgunshop.com/search.php/q/magpul+m-lok+aluminum+picatinny+accessory+rail , There is also a pic rail on top of the receiver for adding optics.
