I would like to purchase as a pistol online for delivery to an FFL dealer in OA as a gift. Can I purchase ot online at BUDS and have it sent to a friends FFL for transfer?

Hi Bruce, no you can not. The person who orders the gun must be the person who picks it up. You can buy the person a gift card and have them order it under their own account and name. https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/buds+gift+cards
