Hi Joseph and welcome. Yes Sir. Same concept as a .357 Magnum being able to fire the shorter .38 Special. A particular length shotgun chamber can fire that length or shorter shells. Cheers and stay safe!

Absolutely will. This is chambered for 3" so it can shoot both 2-3/4" & 3" cartridges.
