Hi Christopher and welcome. This model has a 4 MOA Dot and the battery is on the bottom requiring removal from the handgun. Cheers and stay safe!

Christopher, the Glock site says that it's 4 MOA. And you do have to take the optic off to replace the battery.

4.0 MOA and batter is replaceable with optic installed
