Hi Bruce and welcome. This model is not Factory Optics Ready. However, you could replace the rear sight with a dovetail red/green dot mounting plate : https://velocitytriggers.com/product/glock-red-dot-mount/

This model Glock does not come with an MOS ( MODULAR OPTIC SYSTEM) slide. Meaning, it is not Optic ready therefore you cannot add one. I personally would have the slide professionally milled to accept the Red/green Dot optic of my choosing.
