Sorry but Buds longstanding policy is to simply remove your states non-compliant magazines and leave it up to you to purchase your state compliant magazines.

Hi Steve and welcome. Unfortunately, Buds policy is to remove non-compliant magazines only if capacity is the only State restriction. Would be nice if they did but, they don't. buds will ship with NO Magazine.You would then need to buy your own copliant magazines. We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

It will come with no mags as Buds only removed non-compliant magazines when shipping to states with magazine capacity limitations. You'll need to purchase 10 round mags on your own.
