If i try to purchase the one that says threaded barrel it wont let me. If i put this one is the cart it doesnt say its non state compliable. So am i good to purchase??

Hi Paul, just because it let's you purchase does not mean it is compliant. It is ultimately up to the purchaser to make sure it is compliant.  If you have any doubt, give the model & upc numbers to your FFL and have him check.
