I note that the spare magazines are the same as those utilized in the Walther Colt 1911 A1 22 (your UPC 723364200854). Does this mean that this Hammerli "Commander" shares the same commonality with OEM Colt parts, i.e., an arched mainspring housing, that is enjoyed by Walther Colt 1911 22? If so I'll be buying one.

that depends on what you mean by oem colt parts will interchange with the Umarex Colt 1911 .22 LR but not the original colt ace 1911 22
