Hey Richard, According to this review on Firearms News, the 3&9 o'clock positions are m-lok and the underside 9 o'clock position is keymod. Strange choice by the manufacturer, but hey…to each his own. https://www.firearmsnews.com/editorial/citadel-boss25-shotgun/472557

Hi Richard, the bottom is not M-Lok, but rather Key Mod. The 1-piece aluminum handguard that has three integral Picatinny rail sections: one 6-slot that mates with and extends the upper receiver's top rail; another 6-slot positioned on top all the way forward; and a 4-slot on the underside all the way forward. In addition, there are two M-LOK slots on each side far forward (3 & 6 o'clock positions), plus a row of KeyMod slots the full length of the underside. Stay safe & have a great day!
