Is this MA legal? I just went to a gun shop and they told me to get a Glock in Massachusetts. It has to be preban??? That's not correct right. Glock will not sell to MA directly but that's it right?

Legal to own, legal to buy, but against regulation 940 CMR 16.00 for an FFL dealer to transfer to you unless it is pre-ban. Some dealers are apparently willing to risk it, most are not. Other sources are private sales from legal owners of post-ban Glocks already in MA.
