410 shells are 2 1/2 and 3 inches both will work just fine and the Hornady Triple Defense shells work great

Hi Steven and welcome. They will run no issue. Same concept as a .357 Magnum being able to fire the shorter .38 Special. A particular length chamber can fire that length or shorter shells. Cheers and stay safe!
