You should be able to select multiple answers as 'Best Answer" Debra. You cannot respond to but rather have to ask a new question. This is something Buds should change in my opinion.

I think you could choose best from email also if the answers get emailed

There are a lot of things we would like to be able to do like asking questions to get more detail to be able to help people more. A little more interaction between the people would make it much better
