Hi Humberto ad welcome. For warranty and safety reasons, I would adhere to the caliber for which the firearm was designed. A .380 auto cartridge is a rimless, semi-auto cartridge and would not fit in the cylinder of a revolver without some type of moon clip. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Why would you want to shoot .380 in a .357 when .38 special is so abundant?
