Hi Jon and welcome. No Sir, this ammunition will also fire no issue in revolvers. The Soft tip was designed so the ballistic tip ammo could also be used in a lever action rifle where the soft tip would not set off the round in front during recoil of the rifle. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
