Hi Ken, yes it will. If you use the Boyd's kit, you will also need to change the stock. It is not compatible with factory stocks from Ruger. boydsgunstocks.com/product-configurator/at-one-ruger-american-centerfire-sa-3za984d74zz . I have read that you can get AI kits direct from Ruger, so I would try that first. Stay safe & have a great day!
