Hi Richard and welcome. Have this exact model and the finish has held up surprisingly well. I do use a leather holster. I will have to check in a composite type of holster to report back. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

My friend has this model and I know he's stated before how he loves the way it shoots and looks. I know he's had it for a while, also uses a leather holster, and no issues with finish.
