Hi Adam and welcome. Two barrels are included: (1) 18.5-inch Fixed Choke Security Barrel and (1) 28-inch Vent Rib Barrel that comes with a removable Modified Choke. Yes, it does include a 28" Vent Rib Barrel that can be choked with the Accu-Choke Tubes. The 18.5" security Barrel has a fixed choke and cannot.
