Once you purchase a firearm from Buds, you select a listed local FFL. Once they receive your firearm, you go to your local FFL and fill out form 4473 for transfer of your firearm. All background checks and paperwork are done at your local FFL.

You will fill out the background at the FFL holder prior to taking possession of the gun.
