Hi Kevin, the gun comes with the magazine limiter (plug) installed. This limits the capacity to 2 + 1, 2 in the magazine and 1 in the chamber for hunting. If you do not wish to be limited to three shots when it is not required by law, you can remove the three-shot adaptor. This uses Invector-Plus Flush choke tubes and comes with cylinder choke installed.
