Hi George, there is no Bud's store in Marion Ohio that I'm aware of. If you are talking about a Bud's preferred FFL, then yes, there is a transfer fee. Each store sets their own fee, so it's best to call and ask what the transfer fee will be. Stay safe & have a great day!
