Hi Josh, it jsut means it comes with a 15rd magazine instead of 30rd. Hi Josh and welcome. This Rifle comes with a 10rd Magazine so it can be sold in capacity restricted States. The rifle itself will accept any standard capacity magazine or drum no issue. Yes, this can take any standard AR magazine above and beyond the 10 rounder it comes with. Absolutely will take a 30 round magazine & beyond!
