I'm looking for my first AR. The price on the Diamondback is amazing. I was also looking at the Sig Tread and it's nearly 2x as much. Is it worth paying the extra money? What would be the big differences?

Hi Josh, Diamondback makes a good quality AR15. The DB will work and be just as reliable as the Tread. Unless money is no object, I would go with the DB.

Hi Josh and welcome. I own several Diamondback AR15's and AR10's. All have been well built and reliable. Yes, I own Colts and other high-end rifles but, DB's are hard to beat especially for the $. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
