Hi Kelly, yes this includes a side optic rail and has a forged trunnion. These rifles have a short 12 inch nitride treated barrel with a pinned fake suppressor attached to make this civilian legal. Barrel is threaded 14x1LH under the faux suppressor when removed. Stay safe & have a great day!
