I was going to buy my fiancee' a pair of Lady Smith airweights. Her son bought his wife a new Taurus TCP. My fiancee' liked it so I was going to buy her a pair of those, instead. The daughter-in-law has only had the Taurus since christmas and it is already sticking and jamming. Is this a common problem? Money is not a factor. Is this sticking and jamming a common problem with the Taurus TCP? If so, I'd rather go with my original inclination to get my fiancee' a pair of the Lady Smith airweights.

I would change ammo John. Sounds like it's getting dirty quick.

It's a common problem with the tcp. It actually takes about 250 rounds to properly brake this pistol in. Once it's broken in, the tcp runs pretty smooth. The break in period is long and tedious.
