I live in another state Tx and travel out west sometimes and would like to know if I can put higher capacity magazine in this model? ofcourse back in my legal state of Texas.

Hi Brandon and welcome. Yes Sir. The 10rd magazine is the same physical size as the standard capacity magazine. This pistol comes with a 10rd magazine so it can be sold in a capacity restricted State. It will take all capacity magazines no issue. cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
