No, due to using detachable magazines while having a pistol grip, telescoping stock, threaded barrel, and foregrip. You need a rifle with either none of those features (and others here: https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf) or one that uses fixed 10 round magazines in which case the banned features are allowed.
